not implemented.
RIMSys™ is a system to facilitate the management of failures,
incidents and small projects.
RIMSys™ is low cost network based software that defines a
simple process of incident "Raising", "Investigation", "Action"
recommendation, "Approval", "Implementation" and "Close".
It can be downloaded, installed and operational within an hour and
can be used with no formal training.
RIMSys™ will help to quickly break your cycle of repeated
failure instances and regain the production you are probably losing
to those high consequence or frequent failures.

Works with MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Lotus Notes and MS

Computer, Operating System and Other
Requirements
RIMSys™ runs on the MS Windows XP, 2000, NT and 98 operating
systems.
Disk space requirements vary according to intended use. Client
machines require only 6 Megabytes of disk space. The machine on
which the database resides will require at least 20 Megabytes of
disk space at the time of installation. The disk space required
during use will expand as use continues.
Other software that RIMSys™ requires will be installed during
the installation process.
To take advantage of the full functionality RIMSys™ offers,
other software is also required. These are:
MS Outlook, Outlook Express and or MS Exchange.
MS Excel.
